After the implementation of the transformation and intelligence optimization solution, significant application value has been quickly demonstrated, winning high praise from the Bangladesh power supply company. By replacing our customized recloser controller, the safety performance of the aging vacuum circuit breakers has been fundamentally improved, the failure rate has been greatly reduced, the equipment operation and maintenance cycle has been significantly extended, and the comprehensive cost of equipment replacement and operation and maintenance has been effectively reduced.
More importantly, the intelligence level of the line has achieved a leapfrog upgrade. Through the SCADA background system, the power supply company can real-time collect core data such as line current, voltage, and equipment status, realize remote control, remote adjustment and remote signaling of the recloser, completely getting rid of excessive reliance on manual inspection, and the operation and maintenance efficiency has been improved by more than 60%. At the same time, with the help of the controller's precise fault location function, operation and maintenance personnel can quickly lock the fault point, greatly shortening the fault handling time, significantly enhancing the regional power supply reliability, and providing a solid energy guarantee for local industrial economic development and residential electricity consumption.
